Using the Pflaum Gospel Weeklies, students are able to explore the Sunday readings, learn about events of the day and how their faith can help them interpret their world based in the teachings of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. We strive to provide a loving, positive and fun atmosphere for all children.
Classes meet Sundays from 9:50am-10:50am in accordance with the school year.
Our Jr./Sr. High School program is tailored to optimize our time with our students. Having learned the basics of what it means to be Catholic during their formative years, we now try to move into what that means in their daily lives as young Catholic Christians. By combining classroom learning, service and social activities we hope to help them understand our Catholic faith as one given them by their families and focused on the presence of Jesus Christ so that they can find God in all things. Our goal is to challenge them to look at the world through the eyes of Jesus.
Catechetical resources include Dynamic Catholic, St. Mary’s Press, Ascension Press and USCCB.
Sunday Classroom time meets 12:00pm-1:30pm. Service Dates vary.
Confirmation Class 2022
In compliance with the Diocese of Syracuse, students are expected to attend two years to receive their Sacraments. This requirement is to ensure that both the student and family have a strong understanding of the importance of these Sacraments.
